SWOT 분석입니다. 기획업무 하시는 분들은 너무나 잘 알고계시겠죠. 기업의 Strength(강점), Weakness(약점), 시장의 Opportunity(기회)와 Threat(위협)을 분석함으로써 기업 내부환경과 기업외부환경을 균형있게 평가할 수 있는 시각을 제공합니다. 참고로, 유용한 툴이긴 한데 실제 컨설팅에서 요새 이런 것 쓰는 경우 거의 없습니다. 너무 식상해서 그런지..^^추천 -
